Kiran Verma, considered the "godmother of Indian fine dining," has created world-class Indian cuisine at her eponymous restaurant, which serves up Indian hospitality, with French sophistication and American informality. Chef Kiran is a self-taught chef with three important influences – an Indian upbringing, a love of fine cuisine and a generous spirit. She defines her cuisine as a combination of cultures, philosophies and cooking techniques.
Kiran's features house specialties including sea bass, lobster, lamb and an array of the Chef’s own light and flavorful sauces and fresh fruit chutneys. Each item on the menu can be complemented with an exquisite glass of wine or a signature cocktail. After-dinner indulgences are available as well. An award-winning wine list of over 300 labels, along with monthly wine dinners, complements the delicate flavors of the food. Guests can also enjoy Afternoon Tea service every Saturday. Chef Kiran recently launched her own Chai Blend.
